Learner grades are based upon final score in the simulation (players play against themselves) as well as a written (2-3 page) debrief which highlights key learning outcomes from the simulation and how these outcomes connect to course objectives and information.This simulation teaches students about value chain analysis and competitive advantage. Students act as a manager at SmartShoe, a manufacturer of technology-enabled athletic footwear.
