Step 3-Please select a DSM diagnosis or topic from the following:-Persistent Depressive Disorder-Major Depressive Disorder-Bipolar I and II (must do both if you chose this one)-Generalized anxiety disorder-Panic Disorder-OCD-Social Anixety-PTSD-Specific Phobia-Treatment (covering multiple treatment methods)-Pharmacology (read on the neurochemistry and learn the medications you choose, must be in relation to a chosen diagnosis)-Agoraphobia-Trichotillomania-Excoriation-Eating disorders (how they may relate?)-Substance abuse (in relation to anxiety/depression/PTSD)Step 4Research information on the disorder you choose and cover topics such as etiology, identifiers, differential diagnosis, treatments, outcome, risk factors, gender differences, cultural factors, prognosis-you may cover multiple topics within the same disorder or deep dive into theoretical concepts within.Use multiple means of researching your information. Please do not only use class slides to supplement your information, they are not enough (I purposely made them that way). Your method of instruction can be creatively designed to fit your preference and technological prowess.The following are some ideas for submissions:Podcast* (make sure it is lengthy enough to effectively include all group members in discussion)Video**PowerpointPaper (obviously longer than a page)Rap battle? (jk, but maybe?)*you may interview an expert in the field or someone you know who may have insight to add (not me lol…not that I wouldn’t enjoy kicking it over great conversation, but y’know). Please be sure to thank anyone from outside of class who agrees to work with you and assure them that any info shared will not leave our classroom**you of course can go into video editing software and make it all flow nicely
