For your final exam you will be writing a paper of 1000 to 1500 words and use the concepts learned in the course to explore a business issue and offer solutions.Trans Canada PipelineTrans Canada Pipeline, also known as the Kinder Morgan Pipeline, has been the source of many controversies. Research the internet in regard to the controversies surrounding the Trans Canada Pipeline. Explore and analyze the following subjects, identify issues and offer solutions as to how the issues can be managed / resolved. – Stakeholders. What are the controversies in regard to these stakeholders? In particular explore aboriginals as stakeholders. – Explore the role of Canadian Government in business and also the lobbying of the government by Kinder Morgan and the oil industry. – Explore the sustainability perspectives and also Porter’s 5 Forces in regard to the pipeline’s construction. Did Kinder Morgan have a competitive advantage in this scenario? – Global forces and business responsibility. Discuss globalization and what role it plays in the construction of the pipeline. Write a 1000 – 1500 word paper, (Less than 1000 and more than 1500 words will be penalized) in your own words. You do not need to have references. The entire paper should be in your own words. Do not use figures and dates, rather explore and analyze the subjects and the underlying factors in regard to the controversies and end your paper by offering solutions to the issues you explore. Write your paper double spaced.

Evaluate the current compensation philosophy for your organization or an organization of your choosing (from a third-person perspective). Write a three-to-five page paper (not including the title and reference pages). Your paper should be written in a scholarly third-person tone; it should be in APA format. Identifying a Community Need During week 1 you should be writing the need statement for your grant proposal. In this section, you will discuss the community issue the nonprofit intends to address with the program services the grant will fund. To better understand the community’s perspective on the issue, some nonprofits, ask community members about their views on the problem. Information can be solicited from those facing the problem, the target group; those people needing help trust and rely on such as community and religious leaders; and, professionals who provide services to those in need. One method to gather community input is to hold a community forum. At such an event the three categories of people identified above are invited to share their opinions and experiences related to the community issue the nonprofit is interested in addressing through its services. For this assignment, write an invitation letter in a business letter format to a community group or person to attend a community forum sponsored by the nonprofit you are pretending to work for as a grant writer. In the invitation, include information related to the functional details of the forum such as time, date, location, contact information for the sponsoring nonprofit as well as convey the importance of the invitee’s participation at the forum. Specify at least ten other community groups and/or people who will be invited to the forum due to their having relevant perspectives to share related to the issue.

We covered a lot of ground this week and this Forum is a chance to revisit one of these topics. For this Forum, I would like you to find an example of artificial selection.
