To help understand culture from a diagnostic perspective, Schein suggests we develop categories that help clarify what is being observed. (Schein, pg. 190) The practicality of these categories is said to become helpful if they make sense of the disorder within the phenomena, defines underlying structures within the phenomena, or help predict to some extent how future phenomena are going to look. (Schein, pg. 190) As the study continuous Schein notes that our categories will become more and more abstract as our research develops.Developing these typologies, Schein suggests that there are disadvantages and advantages to developing our abstract concepts. (Schein, pg.190) The advantages consist of allowing us to potentially bring order to the variety of phenomena. The disadvantage to this method is that we risk having typologies that are so abstract that they do not sufficiently address the set of phenomena being recognized. Schein also brings up the dimensions set by Goffee and Jones, which approaches the process through self-diagnostic questionnaires. While this system can bring insight on aspects of the culture, Schein notes they lack actual validity because of the assumptions it requires. (Schein, pg. 194) The biggest issue is that the dimensions measured in this system, might not even relate to the organization.References:Schein, E. H. (2017). Organizational culture and leadership. Hello! I am working on this question that I have to write 1000 words on. I have an idea but I am stuck when it comes to expanding on it. This is the idea I have so far Given both the benefits and downsides of calli, I don’t think calli should be mandatory. A school should not have a say in what students should and shouldn’t take. This is a violation of body and mind autonomy. Especially when this doesn’t really affect other students. As for example, the flu shot that helps prevent a flu from spreading to other students. I believe calli should be given only if the person wants it, not mandatory. The school should suggest it and inform their students of why they’re suggesting it, what they benefit from it and how participating in calli will improve student’s perception of appearance. I personally don’t think calli should be recommend because everyone has their own definition of beauty. Maybe what I think is beautiful you think is horrendous. Thats the fascinating part of living without calli, we each make out our own definitions of beauty. And this is the prompt: Please respond to the following prompt: Assume that calli is real. Given its benefits and downsides, evaluate the policy of making calli mandatory for college students at Pembleton. Why is this permissible/impermissible? I have attached the documents and slides I used in order to get to that point. I also included the assignment instructions.

I’m working on a business law writing question and need support to help me learn. Perform the following tasks: Scenario: You are a teller at the local bank. Another teller informs you that he has the perfect scheme to earn extra money: His friends will come in with forged checks, and he will accept them. To avoid getting caught, he will route the checks to the wrong department and they will get lost in a pile of paper work. He says that if you want to join in, everyone will split the money. You need the extra money for school, but you know this scheme is wrong. In the end, your need for more funds wins out, and you agree with your co-worker to accept some of the checks. When one of the “friends” comes into the bank, however, you cannot go through with the scheme and you back out. Post your responses to these questions: Identify what crime(s), if any, have been committed in this scenario by you, your co-worker and your co-worker’s friends. Explain your answer. Re-evaluate the scenario as if you had followed through with the scheme and cashed the checks. What crimes have now been committed and by whom? Explain your answer. What if you decided to go to the bank manager or the police with this scheme? How might have the scenario played out differently and could there have been charges filed in this case? Explain your answer. In your opinion, which is the more ethical way to handle this situation? Why?

complete the following: You have been hired by a high-tech organization that has expressed difficulty in designing corporate ethics training for their employees. Your task is to demonstrate skills in creating a 1-2 page outline of a training strategy to improve employee engagement and comprehension of the subject matter so that all learning objectives are achieved. The employees consist mostly of scientists and engineers who find corporate training boring, so focus your research on addressing the learning styles or traits of technical employees and how to improve their engagement and comprehension during training exercises. This is an important issue for the organization, so they are willing to pay a large sum for a consultant who can provide solutions to their problems. It is important to focus on how you would apply the principles of Human Resource Development and Active Training from your text reading assignment for this week, and outside sources to create an outline for the organization to use to achieve their objectives. You must include at least one quantitative measure the organization can use to determine how well you helped them achieve their objectives. Keep in mind that company’s leadership clearly understands the importance of corporate ethics (they are not paying you to spend time on this subject). Devote your analysis on the “how” to deliver the training to overcome the stated problem.

Description Please craft a thoughtful response to the film. Here are questions for you to consider. You don’t need answer all of these, but use them as a guide for shaping a clear, well written, and thorough response: 1 What is the film about? Do not summarize the plot. Dig deep and try to interpret the message behind it. Responses that summarize the plot will not get credit. 2 How does the participatory nature of the film (we see/hear the filmmaker and the subjects interact throughout) add to the film and to the overall viewing experience? In your opinion, did the fact that this was a participatory documentary make the film more or less compelling and truthful? Why / why not? 4 What / who resonated with you the most? Explain. 5 According to Bill Nichols in “Engaging Cinema”, documentary films are credible (provide factual information from believable sources), convincing (make strong arguments), and compelling (ellicit some form of response from the viewer). How does “Crime + Punishment” adhere to these criteria? 6 A lot of students have expressed how “Crime + Punishment” feels or looks like a “movie” as opposed to a documentary. Explain why you think that is by making reference to the cinematic elements the filmmaker relies on to tell the story 7 Does the film provide a satisfying ending? Why or why not? movie is available on YOUTUBE CRIME +Punishment (2018 Stephen Maing Attachments area ReplyForward

HEy- You wrote this 3rd paper for me and I got a zero on it. Can you spruce it up a bit and look at the professors comments below. This is my last paper in order to complete the course so please just help me correct this issue!!! Thank you. BElow I have attached previous papers written from this course that you helped me with.OVERALL COMMENTSHello Carissa,Thank you for your work on this assessment. I’m giving this a score of zero so you will be able to resubmit. I did not see your professional product uploaded. In this assessment, you need to develop an intervention as a solution to the health problem you’ve defined. While you discuss the importance of the intervention, I am unable to discern what you implemented. To prepare for the assessment, think about an appropriate intervention, based on your work in the preceding assessments, that will produce tangible, measurable results for the patient, family, or group. Some appropriate interventions include the following:· Creating an educational brochure.· Producing an educational voice-over PowerPoint presentation or video focusing on your topic for healthcare professionals.· Creating a teaching plan for your patient, family, or group.· Recommending work process or workflow changes addressing your topic.Plan to spend at least 3 direct practicum hours working with the same patient, family, or group.I am looking forward to reviewing your work.Dr. Hires
